Yoga You’s Tara Leigh is a fabulous, fun and fit Yoga instructor who teaches daily yoga classes.  Certified in Power Yoga, Gentle Therapeutics, Restorative, Pre/post natal and Sports Injury yoga, she is able to teach yoga to a wide variety of people.

Whether you want to become super powerful, increase your strength, improve your body image and health or keep fit while you are recovering from an injury or you want to maintain physical health while you are pregnant: Tara is there for you.  Her yoga and training is for anybody and any body.

Tara’s magnetic personality compliments her knowledge and application in helping her student achieve their fitness goals.

As a young adult, Tara was diagnosed with a blood and intestinal illness. Prescriptions and traditional western medical treatments plagued her with all sort problems for over six years. She fought back using yoga, diet and a focused mind to conquer a disease that doctors told her likely wasn't possible to heal from.

Today, Tara is strong and healthy, excited to share her passion and drive. She looks forward to sharing the benefits of yoga with you.   Tara is a carded member of the International Yoga Alliance. With a great love for travel and adventure; Tara has lived in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Costa Rica, and has now settled in Nevis.
