Age group and overall winner in sprint and olympic distance triathlons 2010-2012 seasons. I love teaching cycling. I have taught for 4 years and continually seek out additional spinning trainings because it makes instructing a more meaningful and enjoyble expereince for me as well as the participants who attend my classes.
