I have been teaching exercise since 1984 I regularly attend various courses and am a member of fit pro I teach - Pilates/yoga/step/legs bums tums/aerobics/ circuit training /Zumba / pole dancing / weights / I personal train I would say my strengths lie with the over 40 's I am a good communicator and am passionate about teaching but am able to assess visually pretty much what is going to work with my clients I can easily multi layer a class with degrees of difficulty without making anyone feel inadequate
