Director of ascension arts, Lisa Nicole Tai is a Sivanada-Certified Yoga Instructor, as well as a Hatha & Vinyasa-certified Yoga Specialist. Her passion for helping others with relaxation led her to become a Thai Massage Practitioner. She is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She teaches various private, semi-private, and group classes, and she hosts retreats and workshops.
Lisa is a sensitive and intuitive Thai Massage Practitioner. Traditionally, thai massage is energy work that helps to balance the flow of prana (life energy) by assisting the body into yoga postures, as well as using acupressure, compression, palming, and thumbing techniques to release muscular tension. Guided by the principle of metta (loving-kindness) and being fully present during your treatment, she creates a supportive and safe environment for you enter into a meditative state of tranquility.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Lisa approaches your health and well-being from a mind-body-spirit perspective and empowers you to achieve optimal health. She treats you as an individual and includes the option of incorporating her other areas of expertise to offer you a comprehensive wellness experience. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself.
Health and wellness definitely begins from the inside out, but beautifying externally can also be part of a healthy lifestyle regime. As a Holistic Facialist, she believes in the rejuvenating power of her holistic facials, which always include acupressure, facial massage, thai massage techniques and the use of therapeutic essential oils. She uses only all-natural products.
