Kelley Travis

I have been teaching a variety of Group Fitness Classes to varying ages and experience levels for around 20 years.  I started my career as a college student instructing collegiate Football, Men's Basketball and Hockey for off season training.  This consisted of designing each session with sport specific drills and  recovery stretching. Upon completion of my college degree I taught at a members only club for several years including Step, Sculpting, Circuit, and Cycling Classes.  Currently I am instructor at two facilities leading the cycling and pilates programs. 

I enjoy instructing to all types of individuals and designing classes that anyone can attend by demonstrating modifications and alternatives to the more intense types of exercises so that all can benefit and enjoy. 

My husband, Bryan is also a Cycling Instructor and we often team teach classes of longer duration or special themes.
