BACKGROUND

Following a 9-year career in the advertising and marketing industry, my interest now lies in the world of yoga and bodywork. Since discovering yoga 7 years ago, I have been fascinated by the powerful physiological and psychological effects that a regular practice can offer. Yoga, to me, feels like an amazing secret that everyone and anyone can benefit from and I believe that it is capable of introducing enormous improvements to an individual’s lifestyle. 

With this interest in yoga combined with my desire to help people find balance between the mind, body and spirit, I naturally progressed towards bodywork, qualifying as a massage therapist. Through yoga and the therapies that I offer, I aim to provide a holistic and nurturing approach to the needs of each individual. My goal is to inspire people to embrace their full potential and find the happiness and freedom that exists within us all.
