Stephanie Scott

Stephanie turned to pilates in 2006 in search of a way to gain strength and stability in her body. She immediately appreciated the depth of the work, and its ability to identify and strengthen the weaknesses in her body. She has experience working with a wide range of bodies seeking balance because of distance running and cycling, osteoperosis, hyper-mobility and tightness, pregnancy, spondilolythesis, and scoliosis, as well as those just seeking balanced muscle development and strength. Stephanie completed her certification through Balanced Body University. She is also a certified Gyrotonic(R) instructor and 200hr RYT Yoga, TRX suspension training and Level 4 Melt Method. Stephanie currently enjoys running, cycling, and swimming in her spare time.
