Lynn Woodard

Lynn is an RYT 200 and Integrative Restoration Level I Teacher with a passion for bringing an energizing and renewing yoga practice to experienced yogis as well as individuals who would not typically have access to yoga.  She currently teaches at Namah Shivaya Yoga School and Studio, a women's drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and with the Resolana women's program at the Dallas County Jail
