After graduating with a BFA in dance from Stephens college I went on to pursue my Pilates certification. In 2006 I fully certified in Stott Pilates. I began teaching at Northwest Athletic Club (now Lifetime Fitness) teaching both group fitness mat classes and private equipment lessons.  A couple years later I transitioned to a smaller studio setting and pursued certification in Gyrotonic, TRX, Yoga RYT 200, MELT Method (Level 4), COREFIRST, BuffBones and TotalBarreTM. In 2023 I refreshed my comprehensive Pilates certification by bridging to Balanced Body. I have continued to better myself as an instructor by experiencing different movement and therapy modalities, techniques and trainings. Over the last several years I have completed workshops in Yamuna Body rolling, Alexander Technique, Thai bodywork, ZHealth as well as more focused rehabilitation based Pilates work and pre-natal Pilates. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities.
