I have been in strength training from a very early age. Played competitive soccer and collegiate ice hockey, and strength training has been a vital part to my success in athletics.
At the age of 19, I began my career working at a health club, and would eventually become General Manager for two locations at the age of 21.
After I receieved my diploma, while managing two health clubs, and playing on the Lindenwood U. Men's Ice hockey program, I entered the business world with still a passion for health and fitness.
I then decided to start with Life Time, the Healthy Way of Life company one of the most successful, publicly traded health club operators in North America.
I am a part of Life Time's international expansion into Canada, and establishing the Healthy way of Life brand in the Greater Toronto Area.
