Personal Statement
As a yoga teacher, my goal is to have a lasting impact on my students, emphasizing that anyone can benefit from yoga, no matter gender, age, athletic ability, or socio-economic status. In addition I want to integrate my food and nutrition educational background with my love for yoga to encourage sustainable living habits.

I have been practicing yoga for seven years now. I realized the benefits of yoga when I began as a way to recover from sports injuries and daily practice has been part of my life ever since. I have practiced Vinyassa, Hatha, Bikram, Kundalini, and Restorative.
