My name is Michelle and I have always been interested in Fitness and working out. I discovered Zumba a few years ago and enjoyed taking classes 3 times a week or more. I enjoyed it so much I decided to become and instructor and share my enthusiasm with others and motivate them to have fun while still getting a fantastic workout for the entire body. Zumba makes people happy while they are doing it and in return the hours goes by quickly and they don't realize how much exercise they have gotten til the last song comes on. It keeps them coming back for more!
