Anyone who has met me can see that I have a passion for fitness and LOVE working out! Over the last year I have started teaching Zumba and that has grown and expanded into a range of classes

o Hip Hop Hustle
Which has giving me a passion to help others grow and learn to at least like working out if they can’t love it. Helping others understand why fitness and nutrition is so important and what small changes they can make to help their overall health.
