I have a wonderful student base who constantly inspire and amaze me.. I love what I do am passionate about the philosophy and the ins and outs of yoga.. It has changed my world, my life, and carreer focus.. It has helped me become less of a worrier and more proactive in life and dreams... I am happiest when I see a student overcome an obstacle physically or emotionally and they see a deeper insighful aspect of themselves that they didnt see before.. Yoga is an awakening journey I'll never get tired of.. I love living a healthy life, appreciate culture, the arts, singing, recording, and writing poetry.. I am apart of the collaboration of poets in the book published last year 2011 The Poetry Of Yoga!! I hope to continue teaching yoga in the caribbean short term contracts and eventually long term contracts..
