I started practicing yoga over 10 years ago. Yoga is now a mainstay in my workout regime. The benefits of my yoga practice carry over into my other sports as well as additional areas of my life so strongly that I feel inspired to share it with others. I enjoy leading 2 different styles of Hatha Yoga practices, beginner/intermediate for varied fitness levels and sport/athlete for repetitive sport training. Both classes incorporate Vinyasa flow sequences and holding postures. The primary focuses of my classes are: bringing awareness to the body; aligning the spine, shoulders and hips; activating core power; conditioning and strengthening; releasing stress and tension. I hold current fitness insurance.
