Melissa Albers is a first year master’s student studying exercise physiology at the University of Kentucky. Melissa has a B.S. in sport sciences from Ohio University and has been a Group Fitness Instructor for five years. She is an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist, AFAA group exercise instructor, MadDogg Spinning instructor, and YogaFit Level 1 instructor. Melissa enjoys teaching a variety of group fitness classes including boot camp, spinning, yoga, kickboxing, strength and toning, and core classes. Melissa is a very upbeat and motivational instructor who enjoys educating her classes about body alignment and effective exercise movements.
