Currently I hold multiple contracts with a Military Instillation. I work as a Personal Trainer, Small Group Trainer, Boot Camp Instructor, and Aerobics Manager. 

I design and develop programs for implementation in accordance with the Military guidelines. Programs I have developed include working with Military Members regarding weight management and to successfully complete the physical fitness requirements. I have designed running programs for military members. I have developed individual personal training programs for members with compromised health issues including: injury, surgery recovery, and pregnancy.

I developed, designed, implemented, and manage a boot camp program fitness program for a general population. The program includes strength and cardiovascular training. Support for the program includes nutrition information, accountability, and social networking.
