I have been teaching group fitness and working as a health & fitness instructor for 15 years. I teach a wide variety of classes such as Boot Camp, Low-Impact Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Yoga, BOSU classes and Strength & Core Conditioning classes. I also have speciality training and exeperience working with and teaching older adults (55+).
I am currently the Senior Fitness Coordinator at the MN Valley YMCA in Burnsville, MN.
I have maintained CECs for my original certification with the American College of Sports Medicine for over 15 years, completeing 20hours of CECs each year.
