After more than 10 years in education and corporate trianing, I followed my passion and started UltraU to train runners to smash their goals. I encourage athletes to set big goals and then help them to achieve those goals.
I came into athletics late in life and have been running ultra-distance since 2009. Hills are for breakfast. You can find me working out on stairways, hiking trails, bike paths and lake sides in all types of weather. When I am not working out I love to travel, garden, and bake healthy treats.
