Hi I'm Ebenezer Grant aka (eb). I'm a certified CPR/AED/first aid, personal trainer and group x instructor. I'm a father, veteran, diesel tech and fitness blogger. I have always and still have a passion for helping people get in shape and feel better about themselves. A graduate of Massasoit Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences. As a soldier in the U.S Military for over ten years, I learned quality leadership skills and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed exercising and staying active. I was the always the go to person that family and friends came to whenever they had questions about exercising, building muscle, or losing weight. I love to help people so I decided to become a Certified Instructor, alongside my AAS degree so that I can teach and instruct on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention. As a result of my education and experience, I am confident in my ability to do Fitness Assessments, Personal Training, Group Exercise and Flexibility Training. I am self-motivated and I always demand the best from myself.
