Beach Bunny. Gidget. Bendy Surfer Chick.

These are names I hear myself called often. But I don't mind. There's truth to them.

Being from South Florida, I spent my childhood on the beach and in the water. There were a few breaks from Mother Ocean (Phoenix, DC, New Orleans), but I always, always, always came back to the beach.

So, after finding solace in yoga while living in New Orleans, I decided to come back to Florida and start teaching. My hope has been that, much like yoga helped me find my confidence and strength and peace, I could help other people find the same things and more in themselves.

The first steps have been taken: getting certified, moving to Indialantic and teaching at Downtown Yoga. We'll have to see how the rest goes.
