Colleen Brady

I am a wife and mother of 2. I have been practicing yoga for about 6 years now and decided to get my certification so that I could make my passion my livelihood.

As indicated above, I am also an attorney. I graduated from law school in 2000, and clerked for 2 years under judges. Following my clerkships, I began practicing in an insurance defense firm. After having my oldest daughter, I decided to stay home and become an adjunct law professor at Seton Hall Law School. 
After the birth of my second child, I felt I needed something just for myself, and decded to begin taking yoga classes.  I fell in love with the way yoga relaxed me and what it did for my body. When a friend approached me about becoming certified and teaching yoga, I immediately signed up for the class.

Yoga has become a big part of my life. I love teaching and am currently teaching 3-4 classes a week at Younique Yoga, located in Sparta, NJ. A colleague and I have started running workshops out of the studio and have brought yoga into our children's preschool as well.

I hope to continue teaching for many years and perhaps opening my own studio in the near future. The opportunity to travel and bring yoga to others is a dream come true.  I look forward to working with the various hotels and resorts offered through this program.
