Louise Bradford

Louise's love for yoga began over 15 years ago and continues to bring a sense of adventure, confidence, peace and happiness to her life, which she enjoys sharing with others. She received her 200 hour professional teaching certification in April 2012 and currently teaches to a diverse community of all ages and abilities in Canada's national capital.
