People
For over 20 years, Pam has been creatively servicing people of all ages. In addition to the corporate world, Pam has also enjoyed leading adventures via Sports & Recreation programs, Before & After School Programs, Community Groups,  Day Camps, College Teaching, and even Homeschooling!

Sports
A keener who has always been ready to jump in and play, Pam enjoys a variety of sports, including: Fastball, Ultimate Frisbee, Badminton, Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Rugby, Distance Running, Track & Field, Cycling, Scuba Diving, Martial Arts, and Krav Maga. Pam is a certified Fitness Instructor Specialist with canfitpro.

Acting
Pam is a professional Actor, appearing on stage, most recently with Odyssey Showcase Theatre, as well as in television and film, and is a member of ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists).

Animals
Inspired by her lifetime love of dogs and sports, after successfully completing the Professional Dog Trainer and Canine Behaviour Specialist Certification Program with Canadian Canine Training Academy, Pam has developed a brand new program called DogFit , which is a fitness class for you and your dog to do together!
