I am passionate about health and fitness. I have studied yoga for over 20 years and have taught since 2008. I have studied a wide vary of yoga including: Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Kundalini, and Yin. I believe in a balanced approach to fitness and my own regimes include: yoga, Pilates, strength training and cardio exercise. I am experienced in many forms of dance and am currently studying Swiss Ball Core Training. I am a lifetime learner about health, and have a passion to helping people feel good in and about their bodies. As a small business owner and Speech therapist, I work well with connecting and communicating with people. I am dedicated to bringing wisdom, wellness and healing to students through various types of yoga and movement practices.
