Provide quality assurance of the program objectives within the Foster Care Program, including a Family Centered approach with biological parents of foster youth.

Develop and maintain staff schedules and work assignments for staff under direct supervision.

Provide direct supervision of the following programs: Emergency Foster Care Program, Agency Supported Foster Care Program, and Treatment Foster Care Program.

Complete staff performance appraisals as due and disciplinary reports as needed in collaboration with the Foster Care Director.

Review clinical records that document the treatment plans and progress, and incident reports utilizing agency format and standards for clinical recording and insure proper supervisory sign off.

Supervise and insure the compliance of all applicable Federal, state, local, and agency regulatory laws, standards and policies including the Department of Health and Human Services, Medicaid, Magellan, and Region VI.

Oversee and coordinate interactions of medical professionals, vocational/educational organizations, the criminal justice system, child protective services, and other organizations in order to maintain continuity of care for foster youth.

Be on call 24/7 for crisis situations and provide coverage for the emergency placement pager.
