Dawn Quicke

I am 43 years old and the business owner and operator of Living Health Massage & Wellness Center, LLC in Richmond, VA of which I opened in 2003.  Prior to becoming a CMT, I was a full-time fitness instructor and Medical Exercise Specialist at American Family Fitness in Colonial Heights, VA.  In my personal time I enjoy the outdoors, travel and participating in triathlons, cycling and running events.  My most recent race was a success.  I completed an IronMan last August in Louisville, KY.  I am scheduled to participate in IronMan Texas next May 2013. 

I believe that a healthy, active lifestyle and positive thinking are paramount for long term success!
