Maya Thau-Eleff

 

Maya is a natural teacher who believes in yoga's ability to heal dis-ease within the body, and bring a calm mind to those who practice faithfully. She began her practice five years ago and is so grateful for the many gifts that yoga has brought - and would love to share her passion for yoga with you!
She has a background in hatha, Vinyasa/ Ashtanga, restorative, and Power yoga, and a deep respect for Iyengar alignment principles.
Her classes are fun, quietly energizing, and feature a diversity of music, from Sigur Ros to Bahamas!
She currently teaches a corporate Hatha Flow class to a beautiful group of people for Livable Body/ICBC Healthworks in Burnaby, BC, and looks forward to a long lifetime of sharing her love of yoga to anyone who will listen!
