My classes integrate vinyasa flow and Ashtanga styles of yoga that I've explored since 2005.  As I lead my students through a creative sequence, I guide them through the process of developing both awareness of their bodies and stillness in their minds.  I challenge them to focus on their breath, build fire in the core, and pay attention to alignment.  I incorporate meditation, pranayama, and offer modifications to the asana practice making my classes accessible to all levels of strength and flexibility.
