Laura Lee Jurgens

Growing up in Tampa, Florida, the land of pink skies, blue green waters, and eternal summer, leading an active and healthy lifestyle has always been second nature to Laura. She participated in a wide array of sports through high school and college. While living in New York City she began attending an ashtanga based yoga studio and fell in love with the teachings and lifestyle of this discipline. After spending two years in a steady practice she decided to get certified so she could hopefully share with people the joy she had found through yoga. After completing her certification in Costa Rica with the lovely Marianne Wells, she continued traveling through Central and South America, exploring these beautiful and wonderful cultures. She currently resides in Los Angeles, Ca with her dog Buddy. They have a great time exploring the hikes and adventure that LA has to offer.
