I started as aerobics instructor since I was 17 y.o. in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Since 2003 I lived in Belgium and followed the Zumba workshops and joined the ZIN (Zumba instructor Network) in 2009.

In April 2011 I attended and succesfully passed the Pilates Basic Mat training by Peak Pilates (www.peakpilates.com), since then I started giving Pilates mat classes.

My Pilates education continued as I attended the Intermediate Mat training in October 2011 and Advanced Mat training in November 2012.

I recently followed the Basic Mat workshops by Power Pilates (www.power-pilates.nl) in the Netherlands and would like to follow the Comprehensive Program next year to become a fully certified Comprehensive Pilates instructor.
