Karen Gamble

Karen Gamble has been working in the health and wellness field for over 20 years and is passionate about teaching people how to make healthy lifestyle choices.  As a Corporate Wellness Program Director with Employee Wellness Solutions Network, she has a great opportunity to motivate and inspire a large number of people and share her love of fitness and good health.

Her corporate wellness programs include group programs such as lunch and learns, workshops and team building events.   She also does individual consulting (including virtual) and awareness programming.  Some of her clients have included City of Guelph, Conestogo Rovers, Home Hardware, Hematite Manufacturing, Waterloo North Hydro and Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro. 

On a personal note, Karen has two sons, ages 13 and 15 and in her spare time, loves to cycle, run, golf and read all she can about different health topics.  She works hard at balancing her family life, growing her business and maintaining her own fitness routine.
