Jennifer Oke

 

Jennifer received a B.A. from the University of Guelph and an Advanced Honours College Diploma from George Brown College in Fitness and Lifestyle Management. She is a Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Instructor and indoor cycling instructor.  

                                                      

Since September 2010, Jennifer has been working as a Corporate Fitness Centre Manager at Rogers where she managed a wide range of fitness and wellness programs to enhance employee health and well-being. She has also had experience working in commercial fitness gyms conducting personal training and group exercise.

 

Jen teaches a variety of group fitness classes including yoga, muscle conditioning, boot camp, cycle, step, cardio and circuit.

 

In her personal time Jen enjoys hot yoga, running, travelling and road biking.
