Julie Menge has been teaching yoga since 2010. She teaches yoga to hold space where students can come together and practice in a supportive environment. Her students are encouraged to explore and dig deeper in their practice, but also to give themselves permission to do less when needed. Julie hopes that you will walk away from her classes with strength, calmness, and a sense of empowerment over your practice, your life, and the decisions you make in and out of the studio.
Julie mainly teaches vinyasa flow yoga, but is also trained in yin yoga, gentle yoga, and kids yoga.
Julie is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. Her main influences are Seane Corn, Baron Baptiste, and the countless rockin' yoga teachers in Pittsburgh, PA!
