I developed a love for fitness several years ago while making lifestyle changes. I am a Personal Training Specialist certified through CanFitPro, and am also a Zumba instructor and a Yoga Instructor (Level 1 & 2 YogaFit Canada). I have experience training individuals and small groups using a variety of fitness equipment and employing a multitude of training techniques.
I enjoy leading classes such as Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Kettle Bells, Bootcamp, Circuits and Interval Training, Strength and Stretch, Indoor Cycling, and Zumba! I love working one-on-one with individuals to help recognize goals and develop a fitness plan that will help achieve success in those goals.
I believe that fitness must be fun in order to help people achieve health and fitness goals! I spend my free time strength training, kickboxing, running, and I love Zumba! I also enjoy being outdoors hiking, fishing, and canoeing.
