Lois Newberry

I graduated with a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and taught first grade.

I taught school for nine years, had my boys, Marcus and Sam, and retired from teaching school. I currently live in Charleston, SC and teach in three gyms and train at the Medical University of SC. I absolutely love what I do and would love to teach new groups on vacation.

I love to run, cycle, swim, paddle board, spin, boot camp, imterval train, yoga, barre, circuits, etc.
