I believe fitness can be a way of life and a person can make progress toward better health and at any stage of life. Fitness can help anyone feel better, happier, stronger, and more alive! I love to incorporate fitness into my travel plans, whether it be hiking, kayaking, swimming and/or doing yoga or a HIT workout in the great outdoors!  Current trends in the fitness industry and networking are priorities for me. Throughout my career, I have instructed literally all ages and understand what challenges and interests each age group has. My fitness and nutrition expertise combined with empathy and listening skills makes it possible to set reasonable and attainable goals with clients. I love to help kickstart people into making changes healthy lifelong changes for better health and happiness.

Classes I have instructed:  Basic Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga, High Intensity Training, Body Sculpt, Aqua Cardio/Sculpt, Core, Pilates, Zumba, Spinning.

 

I also love to offer nutritional counseling and ways to fight inflammation through diet and supplementing.
