Tara loves outdoor and indoor recreation and she brings her ethusiasm and knowledge to her classes. Tara's favorite classes to lead are HIIT, Spin, Cardio/Strength Training, and Boxing, and Core Strength. "I think two of my strengths are setting the pace, and motivating others to do their best. I like to use time wisely so I'm prepared and work hard so that the workouts I lead are a great use of your time. My desire is to have you leave feeling accomplished and good about your effort."
