Mariah Weber

Hi, I'm Mariah. I became a registered dietitian in 2009 and have been working in a variety of outpatient settings every since. I received my Masters degree in Nutritional Sciences from South Dakota State University in May of 2010. I currently work at a University Wellness Center and I love it. I love working with athletes and physically fit individuals and educating everyone on healthy nutrition habits for life. I live by the motto "food is your fuel". You must properly fuel your body in order to be in top shape. Nutrition is truly a passion of mine and I enjoy meeting new people everyday who are excited about making lifestyle changes.
