I have been teaching fitness classes since 1983. I am fun, dance oriented and love all styles of music from the 50s through today. I mix it up, and love funk and R&B. I teach Zumba-basic, toning and STRONG, Aqua HIIT, Step, Kickboxing and Cycle. I have taught my own boot camps and love doing muscle toning classes like Les Mills Body pump. I had 13 years of ballet training and piano, and danced on dancelines.
I am certified by the American Council on Exercise for GGX/PT, Zumba (on ZIN) and Schwin.
