I live in England in the NW countryside with my lovely partner and two gorgeous sons. I love hill walking, choreography, getting kids active, researching the latest fitness and nutritional information, travelling/holidays, organising fitness and social charity events, working out hard in HIIT training sessions and dancing!

I have a strong belief that everyone can make small changes to their lifestyle to ensure that they live happier, longer and healthier lives. I am passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve their health and fitness goals with excellent nutrition, natural, healthy foods, motivational support and advice and regular exercise. I love teaching my Pilates, Zumba fitness, Zumba Toning and HIIT Interval Training classes. My sucessful FIT Boot Camp package offers clients a fail safe system for losing fat weight and gaining lean muscle. I love seeing the positive changes in group members and supporting them to maintain these changes as new healthy habits for life! My classes provide many physical benefits including a combination of fun, low/high impact aerobic/toning exercise, improved strength, flexibility, mobility, core strength, pelvic stability, posture, co-ordination and body awareness. However the other fantastic benefits that I love to see and experience for myself are increased self esteem and energy levels as well as general feelings of wellbeing and happiness!
