Michele Heald

I have been a group fitness instructor since January of 1985 and was certified by ACE in October of 1989. I teach step, hi/lo, interval, and sculpting. I have taught in the greater Pittsburgh area, the Northern VA/DC Metro area, and in Newport News, VA, where I currently reside. I taught through two pregnancies and have two daughters, now 8 and 5 years old. I enjoy teaching participants the value of exercise in daily life and hope to continue for many years to come.
