Ariel has studied a variety of yogic techniques, including Pranayama, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga. She has had the pleasure of practicing in a Las Vegas Hindu temple, but her favorite place to practice is in the wilderness, and she has done so in such diverse locales as the Mojave Desert and atop the Appalachian peaks. In her spare time, she cultivates a culinary garden and cooks fine vegan cuisine for friends and family. Besides a healthy athleticism, her classes focus on building appreciation for self, and by extension, appreciation for the world as a whole.
