- Peggy Sue has embraced yoga as a central part of her life for more than 30 years. She has studied with several teachers, including Shiva Rea, John Friend, Baron Baptiste and Tias Little. After discovering Jill Miller at her local Equinox in 2008, she is now a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher, which unifies much of her earlier training with cutting-edge healing techniques.
Internationally recognized as a healing practitioner in Jin Shin Jyutsu, Phytobiophysics, Quantum Breakthrough and Access Consciousness, Peggy Sue has instructed students and clients in classes and sessions that reveal a broad path to self care.
A true teacher, her passion goes beyond yoga instruction--nothing gives her greater joy than to equip her students with wisdom, awareness, and, most importantly, practical techniques they can integrate into their daily routine to improve their lives.
Peggy Sue is currently available through her private practice and in classes held at the Santa Monica, CA YMCA.
