Colleen’s main love and passion in life is Yoga. In eight years of practicing, her love grew for Yoga and she became inspired to “pay it forward” sharing yoga’s amazing gift with others. In May 2010 she graduated from Yoga Teacher Training 200 hrprogram. Her journey then grew in mind/body wellness with Pilates, Thai massage and Reiki. Colleen teaches all levels and styles of yoga including guided meditation/stress management, yogalates, beginners to intermediate and advanced level classes. She enjoys teaching at Progressive Insurance, local yoga studios and community events. Colleen has taught stress management/prevention at Progressive using her yoga teaching techniques in team meetings, leadership meetings, and in weekly guided meditation classes. She is currently leading an intro to Yoga program at one of Progressive's offices of approximately 800 employees. She aspires to continue her career in learning Energy Medicine, Mind/Body Medicine and exploring more with Yoga. It is a journey with no end. Colleen enjoys helping others find their path to enriching and nourishing their lives mind, body and soul.
