Jan Mack

For the past 16 years I have worked professionally as an HR Director of a national non-profit organization that supervises and consults to 7 subsidiaries located in 5 states in the U.S. My passion lies in the health and fitness industry as a part-time cycling instructor and cycle club ride leader at Lifetime Fitness. I recently completed my 1st Ironman competition and am a certified USAT Triathlon Coach serving as a Team Executive at the Lifetime Fitness Elite Triathlon Team in Commerce Twp, MI. In the past 18 months I have opened up my own triathlon store. Future plans for the store and currently in the works include building a triathlon team which I will serve as the head coach. I love fitness. I love to teach. I love to inspire others to be better!! I love to beleive in people who struggle with weight or have goals of completing their first triathlon or other goals such as marathons, etc.
