I discovered a passion for fitness later in my professional life than some of my colleagues, and I have dived in head first.  I work to help my clients overcome common obstacles and make healthy changes in their lifestyles.  I work through a goal-based system and help my clients achieve their big goals through small, measureable, attainable steps.  I love to learn new techniques and stay abreast of all of the fitness trends.  Currently, I teach group TurboKick, PiYo, and TRX classes.  I also work with clients one on one, both in the gym and out.  My goal is to become specialized in functional movement and grow my knowledge base in nutrition.
