I have been a fitness professional for the last 30 years.  I believe the key to a long and healthy life is to remain active doing things that suit us inidividually.  As we age, the body changes and if modifications are made, everyone can still enjoy activity as they have always done.  I believe choosing a variety of activites can also help with staying injury free. I thoroughly enjoy being an ambassador for fitness with people of all ages, fitness levels and ethinic backgrounds.
