Laura McDermott

My yoga career began years ago while on a family vacation at an overnight, summer camp.  At my first-ever yoga class on the shores of the lake, I fell in love with the poses, the pranayama and the practice.  My interest led me first to become a student of yoga, practicing with many local teachers and attending various workshops.  Then later led me to complete my yoga certification with a wonderful teacher who allowed me to develop my own style, my own practice and my own voice.  As my experience and my practice blossomed, so did my desire to bring my teachings to others.  As a student, I cherish the opportunity to learn more about myself and my body.  As a teacher, I cherish the opportunity to learn more about others and the world as a whole.
