Desiree Ouellette

My name is Desiree Ouellette and I am a certified yoga instructor and registered as a E-RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance, YST (Yoga as Structural Therapy) and currently finishing up my RYT 500 program with Tiffany Cruikshank!  I recently came back from Kerala, India with Tiffany for part of my 500 hr training.  I own and teach at my studio, Holos Yoga in Longview, Wa.  I teach Vinyasa Flow (Anusara Inspired), Power Vinyasa, Infrared Heated Power Flow, Restorative/Yin classes and private lessons.  I also offer private lessons focusing on Yoga as Structural Therapy.  I love to travel the world meeting new people!  I will be traveling to South Africa and Spain this Spring and Summer to complete more training with my teacher, Tiffany.  Yoga has brought so much joy and healing into my life and I love to share this amazing practice with others.  I am also a certified Raw Vegan Food Chef!  I trained with Juliano Broteman, Rainbeau Mars and Brigitte Mars in LA.  I also teach food prep classes for those that are interested in the raw vegan lifestyle.
